Delete your Ogimy account
Use one of the secure options below to permanently delete your Ogimy account and the personal data associated with it.
This page does not delete your account without sign-in
To prevent unauthorized deletion, no account is deleted until account ownership has been verified.
How can you delete your account?

Sign in to your Ogimy account
Sign in on the website or mobile app with the account you want to delete.

Open account settings
Go to the Account section and select “Permanently delete account”.

Confirm permanent deletion
Review the warning and confirm to start the account deletion process.
Can you access your account?
The fastest and safest option is to sign in and use the verified deletion flow in your existing account settings.
Unable to sign in?
Write to support@ogimy.com from your registered email address or use the support form to start an account deletion request.
For your security, do not include your password, verification code, or payment details. The team may request additional information to verify account ownership.
What is deleted?
After verification, your Ogimy account and associated profile details, listings, uploaded media, messages, and other personal data are permanently deleted.
Limited retention cases
Limited records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations may be kept only for the required purpose and period.
